Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

Note: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on undergarments, swimwear, or accessories—unless the item is defective.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at offpricefashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item and hand it over to the assigned courier.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, please follow the return steps above and place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
